This analysis is an excellent way for you to prepare for the seminar. It gives you a clear picture of your company's productivity and how well it uses the seven productivity principles. The mini analysis helps you to focus on the seminar topics which are important to you. It also helps you formulating questions to discuss with the seminar leader and with the other participants.
