The content/topic was highly relevant to my company. Our NPD-processes can become much more structured, stringent and challenged by imposing much higher requirements on project deliverables (this applies to both project owners, leaders, participants and certainly to gatekeepers.) Robert Cooper did an excellent job. The theories were perfectly coupled to relevant examples of real-life business cases.

Good mix of theory, examples and statistical data, presented in an inspiring way. Highly relevant and hands-on methods and usefull suggestions that I can go home and implement.
I think it was a shame that there was no social "meet and greet" dinner after the first day of the seminar. Having an evening planned with dinner and an activity would have made it easier for the participants to discuss the different applications of Stage-Gate models in each business.
