The productivity of the best companies is five times higher than the average says Dr Cooper.

| | See the checklist of seven key principles
There are seven principles that you must master to maximise your product development productivity. Of course, there are other fronts you can attack, but these are the seven most critical ones according to Dr Cooper's research.
Enormous differences in productivity: how is your company doing? A recent study by Arthur D. Little compares the most profitable companies (the top 25% of businesses) against the rest. The difference is around 500% between the top 25% of businesses and the average and almost 1200% between the top and the bottom 25%. How is your company doing? Are you among the best 25%, are you in the middle group, or are you in the bottom 25%?
Three things you can do to improve The enormous differences lead to the inevitable questions: What are these top-performing businesses doing differently, and can you learn from them?
| 1) | Start reading our short article about the seven productivity principles that the top-performing companies use much more often than the rest. |
| 2) | You may also join our seminar "How to Maxise New-Product Development Productivity" to learn all the practical details of the seven principles illustrated with a host of real-life examples. |
| 3) | Finally, you can carry out an Innovation Audit where you compare yourself with both the average and the best. This audit shows your company's productivity and tells you precisely which buttons to turn in order to increase your productivity. The seminar includes a free mini analysis. | Read about the productivity analysis!
