Product Idea Submission and Evaluation
Anyone at YourCompany Inc. can submit a new product idea using the product idea submission form. 10his form should be sent to the Stage-Gate process manager, who is responsible for progressing the idea. The process manager will arrange for the idea to be evaluated at the next Gate 1 meeting using the Gate 1 criteria. So the idea submitter can expect to be notified about the result and the basis for the decision within 1.5 months of submitting of his/her idea.
