Stage-Gate® templates or checklists

The table below is an extract from our Stage-Gate® web-guide that you can purchase. It shows the templates in a typical five-stage process. We have made the templates for idea submission and handling available for free.

The Stage-Gate Guide has report templates for each stage. Each template shows precisely what the project leader must prepare and present at the gate meeting after completion of each stage.

The Guide also has a two-part gate decision template for each gate.
1) The criteria for making the go/kill decision
2) Definition of the decision itself.
